You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country) to use SportBuddy. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You may not impersonate another person, create multiple accounts for disruptive use, or violate any law or regulation.

You agree to use SportBuddy for lawful purposes only and not to:

• Upload or share any content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates any rights of others.
• Harass, stalk, or intimidate other users.
• Use the app to promote illegal activities.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

• You retain ownership of content you post or upload to the app.
• By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is reported by other users.

SportBuddy relies on location services to enable core features, such as:

• Discovering nearby events, venues, and fans.
• Sharing your live location during meetups (with consent).

You may disable location permissions at any time via your device's settings. Location-based functionality may be limited if permissions are disabled.

SportBuddy may offer in-app purchases or ticketed events through integrated payment providers (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay). All payment transactions are handled by these platforms — we do not store or process payment data.

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or always available.
• We are not responsible for actions of other users or third-party content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. You must agree to the Privacy Policy to use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

We may update these Terms periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
